Numina provides AI-powered numerology and palmistry readings for entertainment purposes. Users upload a photograph of their palm, provide their birth date and related personal details, and receive a personalized reading generated using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided strictly for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

The readings provided by the Service do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on readings to make important life decisions.

The Service does not require registration or creation of an account. You may use the Service without signing up. If we introduce account features in the future, additional terms may apply.

Certain features of the Service, including full personalized readings, require a one-time payment. Prices are displayed before purchase and are charged in the currency indicated at checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of the Service, all purchases are final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your reading, please contact us at team@geeksbureau.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will either re-deliver your reading or issue a refund at our discretion. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and generated readings, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

By uploading a palm photograph or providing personal information, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your reading.

Palm photographs are encrypted during transmission and storage, and are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We do not use your photographs for any purpose other than generating your reading.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the readings or any content generated by the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Readings generated by AI are for entertainment and personal insight only. We make no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your personal circumstances.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific reading giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland.
